On the occasion of seventh Congress of the Communist Party of Mexico (PCM), held from the 16th to the 18th of December, we send you comradely greetings from the NCPN.
Comrades,
Your Congress has taken important steps to strengthen your party, the party of the Mexican working class. You show the Mexican working class a way out of imperialist barbarism, a way out of the misery and oppression they now suffer from. The solution can only be socialism-communism. But your party is not only doing this for the Mexican working class – your party is also an example, an inspiration for us as Dutch communists. The important role the PCM plays in the international communist movement, in clarifying our strategy and goals, is for us invaluable.
In the spirit of proletarian internationalism and solidarity, the NCPN would like to congratulate you on your successful seventh Congress. By strengthening our parties and international solidarity, we can overcome the challenges arising as a result of capitalism and move closer to overthrowing the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie and establishing socialism-communism.
